Who We Are
Chelesme was born in 2016 with a simple but bold goal: bringing the real taste of nature back to Iranian tables.
We are a team of young people from Shiraz who, in partnership with local gardeners and farmers, produce goods without chemical additives, preservatives or artificial colours. Our marinated olives, saffron rock sugar, herbal sugars and dried fruits are the result of this commitment.

We want Chelesme to become a leading brand in organic and traditional Iranian products—where quality, authenticity and health come first.
